  • If you are submitting your claim during normal business hours, you can contact us directly via phone at (519) 268-3535 and one of our claim’s adjusters will support you throughout the process.  

Yes it is, however freezing of pipes is not covered if you have been away from your home for more than four consecutive days. However, you will still be insured if you arrange for someone to enter your dwelling daily to ensure the heating is being maintained or if you shut off the water supply and drain all of the pipes and appliances.

Sewer back up coverage also includes the backing up of sewers, septic, drains, eavestrough and downspouts.

Tenants insurance is for people who rent their living space, it covers liability as well as coverage for your personal contents.
