Most of our insurance partners will provide a discount after you have been claims free for 3 or more years. The claim will be considered on your record for 5 years in total.
Yes it is, however freezing of pipes is not covered if you have been away from your home for more than four consecutive days. However, you will still be insured if you arrange for someone to enter your dwelling daily to ensure the heating is being maintained or if you shut off the water supply and drain all of the pipes and appliances.

If your property was damaged or broken into, you should do the following:

- Take as many pictures/videos of the damage as possible
