COVID-19 Update

For the health and safety of our customers, staff and community, effective immediately we have decided that will be closed for client visits until further notice.

We are still open to serve your insurance needs however we respectfully request that no customers come into our offices to conduct business. All business within our office is to be conducted via phone or text message at 519-268-3535 or by email:   [email protected]

For inquiries about your policies, submitting a claim, existing claims or making a payment please call our office and we will be more than happy to assist you Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.  For after hours claims emergencies please contact your insurance company directly https://dorchesterinsurance.ca/claims/ or please call 519-268-3535 and leave a voice mail message and we will respond as soon as we are able to.

If you are stopping by the office to make a payment by cheque please leave it in our mailbox. We will be checking the mailbox daily.
